We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Country Sales Director to lead and drive the sales strategy for our freight forwarding operations in Brazil and the broader LATAM region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic client relationships while ensuring operational excellence in alignment with company goals.

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share in Brazil and LATAM.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in Air Freight, Ocean Freight, and Logistics Solutions.
  • Establish strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Lead contract negotiations with customers and ensure long-term partnerships.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Set performance goals and KPIs to drive accountability and success.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to align strategies and share best practices.

Market & Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor activities and develop strategies to stay ahead.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Operational & Financial Management

  • Drive operational efficiency and ensure alignment with corporate policies.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management for the country sales division.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership within freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Strong knowledge of international freight, customs regulations, and trade compliance in LATAM.
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, and revenue growth.
  • Experience managing teams and working in a matrix organization.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).
  • Willingness to travel across LATAM as needed.
